In a large organization, ethics and ethical behavior are vitally important with respect to leadership because leaders hold positions of power, and many people are affected as a consequence of the leader's behavior. Because of their level of influence, leaders also frequently become symbolic figures and role models whose behaviors are seen as examples to be followed by others.
The Purpose of this presentation is to explore the importance of ethics and leadership in large organizations and social systems, and to define ways in which ethical leadership can be developed and deepened within the organization. Topics include:
