Creativity is the driving force behind change, adaptation and evolution. It is the source of new possibilities and hope; of dreams, action and accomplishment. On a very practical level, managing the process of creativity is one of the most important elements for success and survival as individuals and organizations strive to adapt to the accelerating changes that are occurring in technology and in society on a global level.
