The elicitation part of the State Enhancement Coach provides a way of systematically collecting the coginitive information associated with a "State". A number of questions are asked relating to the auditory, visual and kinestetic submodalities associated with the state. This information is stored with the state so that it can be used at a later time to help the user remember and re-achieve the state.
