The User's Guide to the nervous system is a series of programs which allow you to explore your physiology in a number of different formats. You can select programs which give you a more in depth look at the invidual parameters or programs which integrate the information into a whole system view.
The Brain Program displays a "state" that is a combination of Pulse rate and Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) either through different colors or different faces.
Heart displays the instantaneous pulse, the averaged pulse and the blood pulse volume in the form of a heart rate velocity.
Body System displays two graphical bodies with the "state" from Brain, GSR for the left and right side, skin temperature and the heart pulse rate. This program is different and more extensive than the one included with the State Coach.
GSR displays the Velocity (rate of change) and absolute value for the right and left side GSR in both a line graph and as part of a body system where color is used to show different levels of activation.
Strip Chart displays a line graph of the velocity (rate of change) and absolute value for temperature and right and left GSR as well as the instantaneous and averaged heart rate (pulse).
Temperature displays the Velocity (rate of change) and absolute value for the temperature in both a line graph and as part of a body system where color is used to show different changes in temperature levels.
